All of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or USPS. Most of our Products offer Free Shipping to all U.S. Domestic customers of the lower 48 states. Average Shipping time is 3-7 business days excluding processing time.
Hours of Operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 06:00PM PDT.
All California residents will be charged sales tax.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, buyer must provide a physical address when ordering. We are not liable for delays if a P.O. Box address or any other undeliverable addresses are provided. In the event that an incorrect address was given you will be responsible for the shipping charges to resend the product.
All orders shipping outside of the United States will require a follow up e-mail with a shipping quote before processing your order.

E-Checks are accepted, but please note that payment can take about 5 business days to clear. We are instructed by Paypal to allow all E-Checks to clear before shipping product. We will only ship product after E-Checks clear, no exceptions.

To initiate the Return Process and get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization. Number), you MUST notify us through the Ask a Question link. RMA numbers are required for all orders.You must have the RMA displayed clearly on the box. RMA's are only given within the first 30 days upon submitting payment All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt. As long as your item was returned with an RMA number as remained new with its original packaging and paperwork, you will be guaranteed a refund or exchange.
Requirements for a Refund / Exchange
All returns must remain new / unused / ready-to-sell condition. Used merchandise is non-returnable. Unless you slightly used it when trying it on. All returns may take up to 5 business days to process. (Please allow time for weekends and holidays) If you experience any delivery issues, product defects, or simply have questions regarding your order, please contact us using the Ask a Question link.
Defects
If an item is received in an unacceptable condition due to a manufacturer defect, follow the above procedure to obtain an RMA number. We will promptly mail you a replacement with a return shipping label included. Custom Made and Special order items can not be returned unless there is a defect in the product.
